Returns
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, the following products can’t be exchanged or refunded:
Once we have received and checked the returned products to ensure that they meet the above criteria, we will refund the product price to the card used during checkout.
However, please be aware that if your returned product is not defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you will be charged for the return delivery at a cost of R100 for main city centers and R150 for regional/ township/rural areas. This amount will be deducted from your requested refund on your return.

No warranty on used or opened products.
Unfortunately, our products do not come with a warranty unless specifically stated.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly inform us immediately before using the product. Items that have been opened, damaged, or worn when we receive them, will not be replaced or refunded.
Kindly make sure that the product is put back in its packaging with all labels, components, or instruction manuals intact before returning it.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or make arrangements for the replacement item to be shipped to you. In the event of a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Fastrak will charge a 5% fee on any credit card reversals done if a refund or partial refund is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@blaquemango.co.za to log your request for exchange.
You will receive an e-mail or phone call regarding your exchange.
The item should then be sent via courier to our warehouse at the cost of the customer. We recommend exchanges to be done in-store to ensure you are able to view the correct before making your decision and to cut out unnecessary courier costs.

Shipping on exchanges
To return your product, you should courier your product to Fastrak Trading 650 Pty Ltd T/A BLAQUE MANGO, Unit E, 300 Elgin Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, 1618.
Customers wishing to return items will need to do so on their own accord.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original amount paid if your refund/exchange is approved. In the event that BLAQUE MANGO could not fulfill the order and no shipping was initiated, you will receive a full refund of the original amount paid.
